Caramel has five self-serve plans and an admin-granted Lifetime access, billed monthly or annually.

## Choosing a plan

**Starter** is the free plan. It covers 2 forms, 1,000 customers, and email + push marketing. Good for getting started.

**Lite** adds the AI Agent, 5 forms, and 25,000 emails per month.

**Growth** adds SMS and WhatsApp channels, 10 forms, 10,000 customers, and 400 AI credits per month.

**Business** adds Telegram, 25 forms, 50,000 customers, API access, and priority support.

**Enterprise** is for large organizations with unlimited customers, forms, and integrations. Contact sales for custom pricing.

## Annual billing

Pay annually for a discount on your monthly rate. You can switch billing period when you change your plan. See [Manage your subscription](manage-your-subscription), or [Caramel pricing](https://joincaramel.com/pricing/) for current rates.

## Lifetime access

Lifetime access is an admin-issued grant, not a self-serve purchase. It is not available for sale. Lifetime accounts have all channels available and usage caps that match the Business plan. AI generation requires your own API key — see [AI credits](ai-credits).

> **Note** The self-serve plan change flow is hidden for Lifetime accounts. Contact support if you have questions about your Lifetime grant.
