# Deploy concierge journeys

> Review your VIP customers, generate bespoke journeys for milestones and win-backs, and deploy them from the Signature Concierge hub.

The Signature Concierge hub gives you a full picture of your VIP customers and the tools to act on it — from spotting a birthday opportunity to deploying a win-back message — all without leaving one screen.

> **Premium** Signature Concierge is available to selected accounts. Contact support to enable it.

## The hub at a glance

Open **Signature Concierge** from the sidebar to reach the hub at `/business/:id/concierge`. The top of the page shows 3 live counters: total VIP customers, active journeys, and total conversions.

The hub has these tabs:

| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **VIP Customers** | Your VIP customer cards, filterable by tier and churn risk. Default view. |
| **Journeys** | All concierge journeys you've created, with send, open, and click metrics. |
| **Approvals** | AI-drafted journeys waiting for your review before they go live. |
| **Milestones** | Upcoming customer milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) across your entire VIP list. |
| **Settings** | Configuration for VIP thresholds, automation, and alerts. |

## VIP Customers tab — generate a journey

1. Open the **VIP Customers** tab.
2. Use the search field or the **All Tiers** / **Churn Risk** filters to find the customer you want.
3. On the customer card, select a journey type (birthday, win-back, milestone, etc.) and click to generate.
4. A preview modal opens showing the AI-generated journey: messages, channels, delays, and personalization notes.
5. Review the content. Edit if needed.
6. Click **Deploy** to send the journey live, or choose a scheduled start date.

> **Important** If **Auto-Deploy Journeys** is off in Settings, generated journeys go to the **Approvals** tab for your review before going live. This is the default behavior.

## Milestones tab — act on upcoming events

The **Milestones** tab lists every upcoming customer event across your VIP list — sorted by how soon they occur. Each row shows the customer name, milestone type, and how many days away it is.

- A red badge means the milestone is within 3 days.
- An amber badge means within 7 days.
- Click **Create Journey** on a milestone row to generate a journey for that customer and occasion immediately.

## Journeys tab — track what's running

The **Journeys** tab lists every concierge journey you've created. Each entry shows:

- Journey name and type icon
- Customer name and creation date
- Deployment status (Draft, Scheduled, Deployed, Paused, Completed, Failed)
- Messages sent, opened, and clicked
- A **Converted** badge if the journey achieved its goal

## Approvals tab — review before deploying

When **Auto-Deploy Journeys** is off, AI-generated journeys appear here as pending approvals. Each approval shows:

- The proposed journey content
- A diff view if the journey was revised
- The trigger that created it (milestone, churn risk, manual, etc.)
- An expiry time — approve or reject before it expires

Click an approval to open the detail view, review the full journey, optionally edit it, and then **Approve** or **Reject**.
