# Connect Bitrix24

> Sync Bitrix24 contacts, deals, companies, and leads into Caramel, and write Caramel engagement events back to CRM activities.

Connect Bitrix24 to pull your CRM records into Caramel and keep both systems in sync. Caramel imports contacts, deals, companies, and leads, then writes engagement events — email opens, form submissions, campaign clicks — back to Bitrix24 as CRM activities.

> **Plan** Bitrix24 counts as one integration slot. Check your slot allowance on [Usage and limits](../billing/usage-and-limits).

## Before you begin

- You need admin access to your Bitrix24 account.
- Know your Bitrix24 subdomain — for example `yourcompany.bitrix24.com`.

## Connect

1. Open **Integrations** from the sidebar and find the Bitrix24 card.
2. Click **Connect**. The Bitrix24 settings panel opens.
3. Enter your Bitrix24 domain (without `https://`) and click **Continue**.
4. A popup opens to Bitrix24's OAuth authorization page. Sign in and click **Allow**.
5. The popup closes. The settings panel shows **Connected**.

## Map fields

After connecting, open the **Field Mapping** tab to control how Bitrix24 fields become Caramel customer properties.

- Standard fields (first name, last name, email, phone) are pre-mapped.
- Custom Bitrix24 fields (prefixed `UF_CRM_*`) appear in the left column. Drag them to the matching Caramel field on the right, or leave them unmapped to skip.

Click **Save mapping** when done.

## What syncs

| From Bitrix24 | To Caramel |
|---|---|
| Contacts | Customers (name, email, phone) |
| Companies | Customer company field |
| Deals | Logged as customer events |
| Leads | Customers (converted from lead data) |
| Custom `UF_CRM_*` fields | Mapped Caramel customer properties |

| From Caramel | To Bitrix24 |
|---|---|
| Email opens and clicks | CRM contact activity |
| Form submissions | CRM activity log |
| Journey engagement events | CRM contact timeline |

Sync runs automatically. The **Overview** tab in the settings panel shows the last sync time and record counts.

## Disconnect

1. Open **Integrations** and click the Bitrix24 card.
2. In the settings panel, click **Disconnect**.
3. Confirm. Sync stops immediately; records already in Caramel are not deleted.
