# Connect Make

> Use Caramel as a trigger or action in Make scenarios to connect it to thousands of other apps.

Make (formerly Integromat) lets you build visual automation scenarios. With Caramel connected, you can trigger Make scenarios from Caramel events or push data into Caramel from any app Make supports.

> **Plan** Make counts as one integration slot. See [Usage and limits](../billing/usage-and-limits).

## Before you begin

- You need a Make account. Sign up at [make.com](https://www.make.com) if you don't have one.
- You need owner or manager access in Caramel to generate an API key.

## Connect

Make connects via an API key that you generate in Caramel and paste into your Make scenario.

1. Open **Integrations** and find the Make card.
2. Click **Connect**. The Make settings panel opens.
3. In the **API Keys** section, click **Generate new key**. Copy the key — you'll only see it once.

4. In Make, open or create a scenario and add a Caramel module.
5. When prompted for credentials, paste the API key from step 3.
6. Back in the Caramel Make settings panel, click **Save**.

## Manage API keys

You can generate multiple API keys — useful if you have several scenarios or want to rotate keys.

- To revoke a key: click **Remove** next to it in the API Keys list. Active Make scenarios using that key will stop working until you update them with a new key.

## View connected scenarios

The **Webhooks** section lists Make scenarios currently subscribed to your Caramel account. If a scenario appears here after you've deleted it in Make, click **Remove orphan** to clean up the subscription.

## View recent activity

The **Recent activity** section shows the last 10 events sent to or received from Make, including success/failure status and any error messages.

## What you can do with Make + Caramel

- Trigger a Make scenario when a Caramel form is submitted
- Add new customers from any app into Caramel Customers
- Push Caramel journey events to a Google Sheet, Slack, or any app Make supports
