# Connect Rewardful

> Track affiliate referral commissions by connecting your Rewardful account to Caramel.

Connect Rewardful to track affiliate referrals and commissions alongside your Caramel customer and campaign data. Once connected, Caramel can attribute sign-ups and purchases to the affiliates who referred them.

> **Plan** Rewardful counts as one integration slot. See [Usage and limits](../billing/usage-and-limits).

## Before you begin

- You need a Rewardful account with at least one campaign set up. Sign up at [rewardful.com](https://www.rewardful.com).
- From your Rewardful dashboard, get your **API Secret** — found under **Company Settings → API**.

## Connect

1. Open **Affiliates** from the sidebar.
2. Click **Connect Rewardful**. A setup dialog opens.
3. Enter your Rewardful **API Secret**.
4. Click **Test connection**. Caramel validates the key and lists your available campaigns.
5. Select the campaign to link to Caramel.
6. Click **Save**. The status shows **Connected**.

## What syncs

| From Rewardful | In Caramel |

| Affiliate referral links | Attributed to Customers on sign-up |
| Commission events | Visible under Affiliates in Caramel |

Caramel surfaces affiliate and commission data in the **Affiliates** section of your dashboard.

## Disconnect

1. Open **Integrations** and click the Rewardful card.
2. Click **Disconnect** and confirm. Attribution tracking stops for new referrals; historical commission records remain.
