Caramel's marketing tools let you reach customers across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Push. There are two ways in:

- **AI Agent** — describe a campaign in plain language and the AI builds it for you, including the journey logic, messages, and audience segments.
- **Omnichannel** — the full marketing suite where you can build and manage Journeys, Broadcasts, Segments, and Templates directly.

> **Plan** AI Agent is available on Lite and above. Omnichannel (Journeys, Broadcasts, Segments, Templates, Analytics) is available on Growth and above. Basic marketing automation — email templates and simple campaign management — is included on Starter.
