# Marketing analytics

> Track opens, clicks, conversions, and delivery results across all your journeys and broadcasts.

Marketing analytics shows delivery and engagement results for your journeys and broadcasts. Use it to see which campaigns are performing and where customers are dropping off.

> **Plan** Analytics are available on Growth and above (Omnichannel module).

## Open analytics

Go to `/business/:id/marketing` and click the **Analytics** tab, or navigate via **Omnichannel → Analytics** (`?component=analytics`).

## What's measured

### Delivery metrics

| Metric | Definition |
|---|---|
| **Deliveries** | Messages successfully delivered to the recipient's channel. |
| **Opens** | Email messages opened (tracked by pixel). Not available for SMS or Push. |
| **Clicks** | Links clicked inside a message, across all channels. |
| **Unsubscribes** | Recipients who opted out from a message. |

### Journey metrics

For each journey, the analytics tab shows:

| Metric | Definition |
|---|---|
| **Total enrolled** | Customers who entered the journey. |
| **Completed** | Customers who reached the last step. |
| **Completion rate** | Completed ÷ Total enrolled, as a percentage. |
| **Active** | Customers currently mid-journey. |

Click a journey name to see step-by-step drop-off — how many customers reached each step.

### Event breakdown

The **Events** section lists the top events that triggered journey entries or were tracked as conversions in the past 30 days. Use this to understand which triggers are firing most and where customer activity is concentrated.

## Revenue attribution

> **Note** Revenue attribution requires purchase events to be tracked. If you have a Stripe or Square integration enabled, purchases are tracked automatically. Without an e-commerce integration, revenue data will not appear.

When purchase events are present, the analytics view shows **Revenue** attributed to customers who were active in a journey at the time of purchase.

## Filtering and time range

Use the date picker at the top of the Analytics tab to change the time range. The default view shows the last 30 days. Per-journey views follow the same filter.

## Next steps

- [Journeys](journeys) — pause or adjust underperforming journeys.
- [Broadcasts](broadcasts) — review one-time send results.
- [Consent and unsubscribe](consent-and-unsubscribe) — understand what happens when a customer unsubscribes.
