Welcome to Caramel! This guide will help you launch your first gift card campaign in 30 minutes or less.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A registered Caramel account
- Your restaurant’s basic information (name, logo, contact details)
- Access to your payment processor account
- A few high-quality photos of your restaurant or dishes
Setup Process

Create Your Account
Visit joincaramel.com and click “Get Started”. Enter your restaurant details and verify your email.

Add your restaurant information:
- Restaurant name and logo
- Contact information
- Business hours
- Location(s)

We use Stripe for secure payment processing:

Simply follow our Stripe Connect wizard to link your account securely.

Create Your First Gift Card Campaign
Navigate to Campaigns → New Campaign and configure:
- Campaign name: “Launch Special”
- Gift card amounts: $25, $50, $100
- Bonus value: 20% extra on purchases over $50
- Valid for: 12 months

Upload your restaurant’s imagery and customize:
- Background image or color
- Logo placement
- Font and text colors
