• Usage and limits — Understand what each limit covers, where to check your current usage, and what happens when you reach a cap.
• Capacity packs and add-ons — Buy extra forms, journeys, or segments without changing your plan. Add WhatsApp or Telegram messaging.
• AI credits — Learn how AI credits work, how they’re consumed, and what Lifetime account holders need to configure.
