Connect Caramel to the apps your business runs on. When an integration is active, data flows between Caramel and the connected tool automatically — no manual exports needed.
Where to find Integrations
Section titled “Where to find Integrations”Go to Integrations from the left sidebar (route: /business/:id/integrations). You’ll see every available connector organized by category. Use the search box or category filter to narrow the list.
How connections work
Section titled “How connections work”Every connector uses one of three methods:
- One-click OAuth — Caramel opens a popup to the provider’s sign-in page. Authorize access, and you’re done. Used by Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Square, and most other OAuth-capable providers.
- In-app setup panel — Caramel provides a settings panel where you paste a key or configure the connection directly. Used by Bitrix24, Slack, Make, Zapier, and OneSignal.
- Request access — some connectors are in progress. Click Request to join the waitlist.
Connection limits
Section titled “Connection limits”How many integrations you can connect at once depends on your plan:

Tip Each connected integration counts as one slot. Disconnecting an integration frees the slot immediately.
