Broadcasts
A Broadcast is a one-time send to a segment. Use it for promotions, seasonal announcements, event invitations, or any message you want to go out once to a defined audience.
Unlike Journeys, a Broadcast runs once on a schedule you set. The same customer can receive a Broadcast again if you send another one to the same segment.
Plan Available on Growth and above (Omnichannel module).
