Customers is Caramel’s unified contact list. Every person who interacts with your business — through a form submission, an integration, or a direct add — appears here in one place.

From this section you can add contacts one at a time, import thousands via CSV or Excel, inspect individual profiles, and build audience segments that feed directly into your Journeys and Broadcasts.

• Add and import customers — Add a single contact from the dashboard or import a CSV/Excel file in bulk.
• Customer profiles — See what’s on a customer record, including contact details, visit history, spend, and activity.
• Segments — Group customers by traits or subscription preferences, then use those groups to target Journeys and Broadcasts.
