Settings

Settings is where you configure everything about your workspace: how it looks, how it communicates with customers, who has access, and what happens to your data.

Open Settings from the left sidebar, or navigate directly to Settings under any of the categories below.

Set up your core business information — the details that appear across forms and customer messages.

  • General info — business name, contact email, phone number, and preferred language
  • Branding — brand colors and logo used across your forms and marketing messages
  • Industry and location are part of the same Business Profile page

Control how Caramel sends messages on your behalf.

Owner alertsAdd a verified phone number to receive urgent account alerts
AI keysBring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key (Lifetime accounts only)

Manage who can access your workspace and how your account is protected.

  • Team & Permissions — invite team members, assign roles, and manage seats
  • Security — change your password and review account security status

Export or delete your data, and manage workspace lifecycle.
