Caramel’s marketing tools let you reach customers across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Push. There are two ways in:

• AI Agent — describe a campaign in plain language and the AI builds it for you, including the journey logic, messages, and audience segments.
• Omnichannel — the full marketing suite where you can build and manage Journeys, Broadcasts, Segments, and Templates directly.

Plan AI Agent is available on Lite and above. Omnichannel (Journeys, Broadcasts, Segments, Templates, Analytics) is available on Growth and above. Basic marketing automation — email templates and simple campaign management — is included on Starter.
