Connect Rewardful

Connect Rewardful to track affiliate referrals and commissions alongside your Caramel customer and campaign data. Once connected, Caramel can attribute sign-ups and purchases to the affiliates who referred them.

Plan Rewardful counts as one integration slot. See Usage and limits.

Before you begin

Section titled “Before you begin”
  • You need a Rewardful account with at least one campaign set up. Sign up at rewardful.com.
  • From your Rewardful dashboard, get your API Secret — found under Company Settings → API.

Connect

Section titled “Connect”
  1. Open Affiliates from the sidebar.
  2. Click Connect Rewardful. A setup dialog opens.
  3. Enter your Rewardful API Secret.
  4. Click Test connection. Caramel validates the key and lists your available campaigns.
  5. Select the campaign to link to Caramel.
  6. Click Save. The status shows Connected.

Caramel surfaces affiliate and commission data in the Affiliates section of your dashboard.

Disconnect

Section titled “Disconnect”
  1. Open Integrations and click the Rewardful card.
  2. Click Disconnect and confirm. Attribution tracking stops for new referrals; historical commission records remain.
