For each journey, the analytics tab shows:

MetricDefinition
Total enrolledCustomers who entered the journey.
CompletedCustomers who reached the last step.
Completion rateCompleted ÷ Total enrolled, as a percentage.
ActiveCustomers currently mid-journey.

Click a journey name to see step-by-step drop-off — how many customers reached each step.

The Events section lists the top events that triggered journey entries or were tracked as conversions in the past 30 days. Use this to understand which triggers are firing most and where customer activity is concentrated.

Note Revenue attribution requires purchase events to be tracked. If you have a Stripe or Square integration enabled, purchases are tracked automatically. Without an e-commerce integration, revenue data will not appear.

When purchase events are present, the analytics view shows Revenue attributed to customers who were active in a journey at the time of purchase.

Use the date picker at the top of the Analytics tab to change the time range. The default view shows the last 30 days. Per-journey views follow the same filter.
