Marketing analytics
Marketing analytics shows delivery and engagement results for your journeys and broadcasts. Use it to see which campaigns are performing and where customers are dropping off.
Plan Analytics are available on Growth and above (Omnichannel module).
Open analytics
Section titled “Open analytics”Go to /business/:id/marketing and click the Analytics tab, or navigate via Omnichannel → Analytics (?component=analytics).
What’s measured

| Deliveries | Messages successfully delivered to the recipient’s channel. |
| Opens | Email messages opened (tracked by pixel). Not available for SMS or Push. |
| Clicks | Links clicked inside a message, across all channels. |
| Unsubscribes | Recipients who opted out from a message. |
Journey metrics
Section titled “Journey metrics”For each journey, the analytics tab shows:

| Total enrolled | Customers who entered the journey. |
| Completed | Customers who reached the last step. |
| Completion rate | Completed ÷ Total enrolled, as a percentage. |
| Active | Customers currently mid-journey. |
Click a journey name to see step-by-step drop-off — how many customers reached each step.
Event breakdown
Section titled “Event breakdown”The Events section lists the top events that triggered journey entries or were tracked as conversions in the past 30 days. Use this to understand which triggers are firing most and where customer activity is concentrated.
Revenue attribution
Section titled “Revenue attribution”Note Revenue attribution requires purchase events to be tracked. If you have a Stripe or Square integration enabled, purchases are tracked automatically. Without an e-commerce integration, revenue data will not appear.
When purchase events are present, the analytics view shows Revenue attributed to customers who were active in a journey at the time of purchase.
Filtering and time range
Section titled “Filtering and time range”Use the date picker at the top of the Analytics tab to change the time range. The default view shows the last 30 days. Per-journey views follow the same filter.
