Template Library

The Template Library contains pre-built journeys, messages, and segments organized by industry and goal. Browse, customize, and deploy a campaign without writing a brief or building from scratch.

Plan Available on Lite and above (AI Agent module required).

Section titled “Browse and search”
  1. Go to /business/:id/marketing/ai-generator.
  2. On the path-selection screen, choose Template Library.
  3. Use the search bar or filter by industry and goal to find the campaign you want.
  4. Click a campaign card to preview its journey steps, messages, and target segment.

Customize and deploy

  1. After selecting a template, click Use this template.
  2. Give the campaign a name and, if prompted, a short description to help identify it later.
  3. Review the pre-filled messages. Edit any copy directly in the preview pane.
  4. Click Deploy.

The campaign is activated immediately as a Journey or Broadcast, depending on the template type.

Tip Templates are starting points. You can always go to Omnichannel → Journeys after deployment to adjust delays, splits, or add extra steps.

After deployment

The deployed campaign appears in your Omnichannel campaign list. Open it from Omnichannel → Journeys (for ongoing automations) or Omnichannel → Broadcasts (for one-time sends) to view live analytics and make changes.
