Change your plan or billing period at any time from Settings → Billing.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade plan (or Change plan if you are already on a paid plan).
  3. Select the plan you want.
  4. Choose Monthly or Annual billing.
  5. Review the proration preview — it shows the charge or credit for the remainder of your current period.
  6. Click Confirm upgrade.

Your new limits take effect immediately.

Tip Annual billing is discounted compared to monthly — see Caramel pricing for current rates. You can switch billing period at any time without losing your plan.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change plan.
  3. Select a lower plan and confirm.

The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you keep your current limits. When the period ends, your limits drop to the new plan’s caps. Items over the new cap are not deleted — you cannot create new ones until your usage is within the lower limit.

Important Downgrading removes access to channels and features not included in the lower plan. For example, downgrading from Business to Growth removes Telegram marketing.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change plan.
  3. Select the same plan you’re on, but choose the other billing period (monthly or annual).
  4. Review and confirm.

New accounts start on a free trial of the Growth plan. At the end of the trial, your account moves to the Starter plan unless you subscribe. You can upgrade at any time during the trial.

The self-serve plan change flow is not available for Lifetime grants. Lifetime access is issued by Caramel and cannot be changed through the billing UI. Contact support if you have questions.

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing and select Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to Starter (free).
