Note SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram require additional setup before you can send. Email and Push are ready as soon as your account is set up.

You can enable WhatsApp or Telegram on any plan by purchasing an add-on from Settings โ†’ Messaging Channels.

Purchasing an add-on grants access to that channelโ€™s configuration and lets you include it in journeys and broadcasts. See the per-channel pages for setup details.
