Marketing channels
Caramel delivers marketing messages across up to 5 channels. Your plan determines which channels are available and how many messages a single journey or broadcast can contain.

Add-ons WhatsApp and Telegram are also available as paid add-ons on any plan โ including Starter and Lite. See Add-ons below.
Note SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram require additional setup before you can send. Email and Push are ready as soon as your account is set up.

Purchasing an add-on grants access to that channelโs configuration and lets you include it in journeys and broadcasts. See the per-channel pages for setup details.
