Invoices and payment

View your billing history and manage your payment method from Settings → Billing.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Scroll to the Billing history section.

Each invoice shows the date, amount, and status (Paid, Open, Draft, or Void). Click Download to get a PDF, or View to open the invoice in Stripe’s billing portal.

Note Lifetime accounts are not billed through a subscription. The billing history section shows “Not applicable” for Lifetime grants.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Manage billing or Update payment method.
  3. You’ll be taken to the Stripe billing portal.
  4. Update your card details and save.

Changes apply to your next invoice immediately.

Invoices are sent to the email address on your Caramel account. To change it, update your account email in Settings → Account.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically over the following days. You’ll receive an email at your account email address each time a retry occurs. To resolve a failed payment, update your payment method (see above) before the final retry attempt, or your subscription may be paused.
