Configure Signature Concierge

The Settings tab in Signature Concierge controls how VIP customers are identified, how the AI generates and deploys journeys, and which events send you alerts.

Premium Signature Concierge is available to selected accounts. Contact support to enable it.

Open Signature Concierge → Settings tab, or click the Settings button in the top-right of the Concierge hub.

Important Leave Auto-Deploy Journeys off until you’ve reviewed several AI-generated journeys and are confident in the output. When off, all journeys go through the Approvals tab first.

Customers whose total spend exceeds this amount are classified as VIP and appear in the VIP Customers tab. Use the slider to set the threshold, or type exact minimum and maximum values into the range fields below the slider.

The current threshold is shown as a badge next to the slider. Adjust it to match your business — a fine-dining venue might use €1,000; a luxury hotel might use €5,000 or more.

VIP customers are automatically tiered:

The number of days a VIP customer must be inactive before the AI suggests a win-back journey. Use the slider or type values into the min/max fields.

A typical range is 30–45 days for hospitality and 60–90 days for businesses with longer purchase cycles.

Enter an email address to receive daily summaries of Concierge activity and any critical alerts. You can use a shared team address to keep multiple staff members informed.

Note The notification email field is stored separately from your account email and only affects Concierge digest emails.

Click Save Changes when you’re done. A banner appears at the bottom of the page when you have unsaved edits. Click Reset to discard changes and revert to the last saved state.
