Usage and limits

Every plan has per-resource limits. You can see your current usage in Settings → Billing on the Usage card.

LimitWhat it counts
CustomersUnique customer records in your Customers list.
Marketing emailsOutbound marketing emails sent per calendar month.
FormsPublished forms. Drafts do not count toward the limit.
Form submissionsEntries submitted through your forms. Unlimited on every plan.
JourneysActive, automated marketing campaigns. Paused journeys still count.
SegmentsSaved customer segments, including those used in journeys.
IntegrationsConnected third-party services (e.g., Shopify, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
AI creditsCredits consumed when the AI Agent generates or refines campaign content. See AI credits.

Go to Settings → Billing. The Usage card shows how much of each limit you have used in the current period, with a bar for each resource.

Limits behave differently depending on the resource:

Hard limits (block new creation): Forms, customers, journeys, and segments. When you reach the cap, you cannot create new items until you upgrade or remove existing ones. Existing items are never deleted — only creation of new ones is blocked.

Soft / tracked limits: Marketing emails are tracked and displayed. Enforcement details depend on your plan configuration.

Unlimited: Form submissions are unlimited on every plan.

Note Pausing a journey keeps it in your count. To free up a journey slot, delete the journey.

You have two options:

  1. Upgrade your plan — Get higher limits across the board. See Manage your subscription.
  2. Buy a capacity pack — Add extra forms, journeys, or segments without changing your plan. See Capacity packs and add-ons.
