Signature Concierge

Signature Concierge lets you create individual, AI-generated journeys for your highest-value customers. Instead of sending the same campaign to a segment, each journey is crafted around a specific customer’s history, milestones, and preferences.

Premium Signature Concierge is available to selected accounts. Contact support to enable it.

  • Identifies VIP customers automatically and classifies them into tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Emerging) based on lifetime value.
  • Detects upcoming milestones — birthdays, visit anniversaries, spend thresholds — and surfaces them so you can act before the moment passes.
  • Generates a complete journey (messages, timing, channel) for a specific customer, ready for your review and one-click deployment.
  • Learns from each customer’s engagement over time to improve future journeys.

Signature Concierge is best suited for businesses with a defined set of high-value customers who warrant individual attention — fine dining, luxury hospitality, premium retail, or any vertical where personal relationships drive repeat revenue.

  1. Open Signature Concierge from the left sidebar.
  2. Fill in the access request form: your estimated VIP customer count, how you plan to use Concierge, and expected journeys per month.
  3. Submit the request. The Caramel team reviews requests and typically responds within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, the hub unlocks and your VIP customer data begins populating automatically.

  • Settings — Configure VIP thresholds, automation behavior, and alert preferences.
